The Department of Ice Cream is meant to tantalize your taste buds. As a student of this department you will be introduced to all things ice cream; including flavors, types and toppings. Our mission is to ensure each student receives a top notch education and experience in sampling all this department has to offer. You can expect superior faculty, enjoyable courses and gaining 10 pounds.  We take ice cream seriously and promise opportunities for internships and labs.
