Study of the terminal characteristics of electronic devices and basic single stage amplifier configurations using bipolar junction transistors and field-effect transistors. Analysis of the devices includes a qualitative physical description, volt-ampere curves, and the development of small- and large-signal equivalent circuit models. Prerequisite(s): EGR 203.
